Activities for Educators

Teachers, administrators and counselors will benefit from the PA State GEAR UP Project, as one of its main goals is to support staff in their efforts to maintain and improve classroom standards of excellence. GEAR UP programs administered for staff will include:

• On-site courses from PA State System universities
• Governor’s Academy for Urban Education, a one-week residential program on urban education topics
• Online courses developed by PA State System universities
• On-site courses for mid-level certification.
