Parent/Guardian participation is voluntary but is encouraged by the school district and the GEAR UP staff for parents who want to support their children as they strive to achieve academic excellence today and consider educational opportunities for the future following their graduation from high school.

Parents or guardians of GEAR UP students may:

• Complete a PA State GEAR UP Project parent/guardian survey
• Visit a college campus with your child
• Learn more about the PA State GEAR UP Project on Back to School night
• Serve on a Parent GEAR UP Advisory Board.
